Book Brave book club

Your favorite, all-access book club returns for good this  May.  We heard your feedback and by your popular demand, Book Brave will resume its regular schedule of meeting every third Monday of the month.  As a reminder: the Book Brave book club explores excellent literature of all kinds. Fiction or nonfiction, we promise each selection will make you think, stretch your imagination, and challenge your preconceived notions.

The Book Brave crew is taking a trip into outer space with Nnedi Okorafor's BINTI. Okorafor's fantasy is based in African, as opposed to European, folklore and legend and we just can't wait to dive in!

Can inexperience be sexy? The rebels are exploring that question this month as they test out the Virgin Hero trope. Rather than the sensually experienced men we're used to seeing in romance, the strapping leads in THE SHADOW AND THE STAR (Laura Kinsale) and CARESSED BY ICE (Nalini Singh) have saved it all for their one and only.
